myITChap has two types of tune up available. Remote Tune Up which cane done by remote service and Full Tune Up that can be done on-site or at the myITChap workshop.
Remote Tune Up service includes:

- Removal of unwanted web browser add ons
- Basic system health check
- Check that your Anti Virus is running and up to date
A stable internet connection is required for this service but it can be booked to be done on site.
Full Tune Up service includes:
- Cleaning of all temporary files
- Removal of unwanted programs
- Removal of unwanted web browser add ons
- Full system health check
- Check that your Anti Virus is running and up to date
- Full Computer security check
- Check for Operating system updates
- Check for driver updates
- Clean dust from inside the computer (Desktops only)
- At your premises or the myITChap workshop.
